This beautiful historic villa is peacefully located in the heart of Chianti. The house has been restored with great care and love by the owners. The house consists of two separate parts, making this house very suitable for a family with children and grandparents, for example.
The main apartment covers 130 m2 and consists of a tastefully furnished living-dining room with a sofa bed. In addition, a fully equipped kitchen, with breakfast table. The kitchen is of course equipped with a dishwasher, oven, stove, coffee maker, fridge-freezer and toaster.
Furthermore, in this apartment you have two 4-person bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and a double room with private bathroom.
The second apartment covers 90m2 and is spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor is a small living room with a sofa bed. On the 1st floor is a large double bedroom (twin beds), and upstairs a bathroom with shower and a kitchen.

Badia a Passignano is a charming Tuscan village which is located in Val di Pesa, a few minutes away from Tavarnelle Val di Pesa and is located on the road from Greve in Chianti Montefiorallebal towards San Donato and Sambuca.
In Badia a Passignano you can not visit the beautiful abbey of the Benedictine order of Vallombrosa, a former monastery, which already existed in the Middle Ages. In 1049, it adhered to the reform of Vallombrosa. It was located a scuolaalla that Galileo Galilei took part.
