Covid-19 Cancellation Policy
Because 2020 has taught us that travel restrictions can be imposed because of Corona, Villa Expert has special Covid-19 cancellation policies. Therefore you can book with confidence. Of course we are also a member of VZR Garant.
The cancellation policy in response to COVID-19
For all confirmed bookings from January 1, 2022 with an arrival between January 1, 2022 and December 31, 2022, the following cancellation conditions apply: In case of a travel ban and closed borders for travel in Italy or to Italy from the traveler’s country of origin during the rental period , it is possible to cancel the reservation almost free of charge within 14 days before arrival. In this case, Villa Expert will refund the amount paid minus 5% administration and bank costs to the traveler.
