Tuscany is one of the largest and most important Italian regions in terms of artistic, historical, economic, cultural and geographical heritage. It is located in central Italy and is one of the main tourist destinations in the country. Tuscany is rather triangular in shape and lies between the northern part of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the central Apennines and covers an area of approximately 22993 square kilometres. Although surrounded and criss-crossed by the main mountain ranges, leaving between them some sparse plains characteristically very fertile, the region’s relief is dominated by rolling hills.
The first thing that comes to mind when we think of Tuscany are the hills of sown fields, vineyards, olive groves… Hills that change colour depending on the season and where small and charming villages are scattered.
Florence
The capital of Tuscany, Florence, is the most populous city. This city has extraordinary cathedrals, squares, museums, famous paintings and sculptures. In fact, worldwide it is considered one of the most important cities of the architectural renaissance. It is also the centre of the region’s activities, be they economic, administrative, historical, artistic or architectural. This makes it a highly required tourist destination in Italy. The Piazza del Duomo is the most famous and famous tourist site in Florence. It is considered to be the historical and religious centre of the city.
The Cathedral of Florence, the Santa Maria delle Fiori, is one of the largest and most beautiful Catholic churches. The white and green marble front and the 45m diameter dome give this structure an imposing presence. This cathedral, so to speak, models the silhouette of Florence.
As the oldest building in Florence, the Battistero di San Giovanni is a key tourist attraction. The Accademia Gallery is one of the most popular museums you can visit in the city of Florence, famous works of art such as Michelangelo’s statue of David, a must-see for lovers of fine art… The Ponte Vecchio has a unique appeal, its reputation has spread far and wide. As a result, it has become one of the most recognised bridges in the world. The hanging houses and shops characterise it and make it very popular with tourists. This stone bridge is the oldest in Europe, dating back to 1345.
Siena
The city of Siena is one of the most famous cities in Tuscany. It is not a big city for its size (55.000 inhabitants) but for its culture, monuments, traditions and heritage. It is situated in the centre of Tuscany, south of Florence and east of the small massif of the Colline Metallifere. In the middle of a hilly area, the geography of the region is typical of Tuscany with small valleys, low hills, wooded areas, cypresses lost among the cereal fields that accompany the traveller in his journey through this part of Italy.
Founded by the Romans, the city was visited and occupied by the Lombards, then became a free city, favourable to the policy of the Germanic Roman Emperor against Florence, which supported the Pope. After the defeat of Montaperti in 1260, Siena was determined to become a free city. Having lost its political influence, paradoxically, it was from that time onwards that Siena concentrated on trade and business.
Its location is ideal for a visit to Tuscany. To the east of Siena lies the Chianti Valley and a little further on the Chiana Valley (Arezzo, Cortona). To the north Florence, Pisa and Lucca. To the south, but close by, the extraordinary Val d’Orcia, Grosseto, Maremma and the Elba coast.
Pisa
No self-respecting trip to Tuscany in Italy is complete without a visit to Pisa. Seeing the leaning of its famous tower live is an attraction that’s hard to resist, and it’s just a stone’s throw away from Florence. The Piazza dei Miracoli is a huge green meadow on which stretches the impressive monumental ensemble whose centre is the Duomo cathedral, although its most popular corner is the famous leaning tower.
The Duomo Cathedral of Pisa is the monumental heart of Piazza dei Miracoli, around which the other religious buildings are arranged. The Duomo of Pisa was begun in 1064 in the so-called Pisan Romanesque style, although its interior is influenced by Byzantine and even Islamic art.
On the east side of the Piazza dei Miracoli, behind the apse of the cathedral, is where you will find the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. Standing 56 metres high, its construction began in 1173, although it took 200 years to complete, as instability problems began to arise from the very beginning due to the characteristics of the ground on which it stands.

Just steps from the house there is a well-equipped barbecue with pizza oven and you have pizza experience right at home! Discover nature during a walk through the woods that surround the house. To get to the property you have to drive past an old village, very rustic, and take part in the weekly market once a week where you can buy fresh fruits and local vegetables.
Villa Sunrise is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature and at the same time close to the main cities of northern Tuscany. Pisa and the Leaning Tower are about 30 km, Lucca with the walkable Renaissance walls is only 16 km, Pistoia "The European Capital of Culture in 2017" is only 45 km, Florence the Renaissance city is only 80 km.
INTERIOR:
The entrance leads to the bright living room with dining table, sofa and TV corner, and a modern kitchen with dishwasher. French doors characterized this level. From the living room you have access to the terrace with table to eat at. There is also a toilet on this floor. A staircase of 16 steps leads you to the first floor, consisting of two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.
Another staircase, of 18 steps, from the living room leads you to the basement (windows at a height of 1.70 m only for air and light, no view) which consists of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, a dining room with corner kitchen and fireplace, a dressing room with bathroom with shower and access to the outside.
OUTSIDE:
The property is surrounded by an enclosed garden of 5000 square meters characterized by typical plants and flowers. In the garden takes place a spectacular panoramic swimming pool of about 11 × 6 meters with a variable depth from 1.20 meters to 2.50 meters and has salt purification. Next to the house there is a handy barbecue area with pizza oven ideal for pizza cooking class!

This beautifully restored former barn called Panorama was originally a small "metato" used by the local farmers as storage and then stables. The house has been renovated and enlarged by the current owners and has a breathtaking view over the surroundings of Lucca and the Valdinievole. The house is built in stone from the outside, and inside it reflects the typical Tuscan house with the ceilings of small beams and tiles in "terra cotto" and the staircase in stone.
Casa Panorama measures approximately 140 square meters and is internally divided over two floors. Panorama is located on one of the most famous hills of Lucca, both for the quality of the air and the view. The pool is located on a panoramic terrace where you can enjoy an unforgettable view. Please note that Villa Panorama is only 500 meters from Villa Altavista and can be an ideal solution for two families.
INTERIOR:
The house is spread over two floors. The ground floor opens onto a living room with sofas (including one sofa bed) and TV, a bathroom with shower and a kitchen. Via an internal stone staircase of 16 steps there is access to the sleeping area which consists of three bedrooms of which two are doubles and one single (with the possibility of an extra single bed) all with en-suite shower room. The air conditioning is located on the landing of the first floor.
OUTSIDE:
Panorama's garden covers an area of 3000 square meters, most of it as a lawn enriched with flowers and ornamental plants. From the kitchen you enter the veranda with a large table, ideal for outdoor dining. It is possible to use the barbecue.
The impressive views that people can enjoy from the garden are endless. The swimming pool, open from the last Saturday of May to the first Saturday of October, has a rectangular shape and measures 11 x 4.5 meters with a fixed depth of 1.40 metres. The entrance to the pool is via a 6-step Roman staircase. There is also a children's pool measuring 3 x 3 meters with a fixed depth of 45 cm. It has salt purification. The pool is on a higher level about 40 meters from the house and is reached by a natural staircase of about 50 steps. The solarium area is paved and has many varieties of plants and flowers and is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs and umbrellas. There is also a sun shower and gazebo, ideal for sipping a glass of wine while reading a book. Under the pool is a changing room with bathroom.

Casa AltaVista measures approximately 250 square meters and is internally made up of three apartments, two of which can be linked together.
Internally, the furniture brings back to the antique flavors, but the house itself is very comfortable to have a relaxing and private holiday. AltaVista is located on one of the most famous hills of Lucca, both for the quality of the air and the view. The pool is located on a panoramic terrace where you can enjoy an unforgettable view.
INTERIOR:
The house is spread over two floors. The first floor opens into a lounge with a small corner kitchen and sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), then there are three double bedrooms, all with en-suite shower rooms and access to the garden through patio doors. Also on this floor is the living room with a fitted kitchen and dining room and access to the external dining area which can seat 12 people under the veranda.
An internal stone staircase of 16 steps leads to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms with en-suite shower room.
Also on this floor, but only accessible from the outside, a small corner kitchen with a single sofa bed, a double bedroom with small terrace and a small bathroom with shower. The 3 sofa beds are on request and payable in part.
OUTSIDE:
The garden of AltaVista occupies an area of 3000 square meters, most of it as a lawn enriched with flowers and ornamental plants. Three of these are the external dining areas, but the main one is covered by the American vineyards and is connected to the kitchen on the ground floor. It is possible to use the barbecue and the wood oven.

The location of Casa La Furbina is undoubtedly strategic thanks to its proximity to the beautiful and historic city of Lucca, in the heart of Tuscany, as well as to the nearby amenities which are all just a few kilometers away. The city of Lucca is a place known for the many nuances of food and wine, cultural and artistic history with names such as Puccini, Barsanti and Matteucci, Viani and others.
The house has been recently renovated by the current owners, keeping the charm of Tuscan farmhouses intact thanks to the restoration and use of materials originating from these areas, such as beams, trusses and stones.
A furnished canopy forms a base and is ideal for enjoying dinners under the typical summer stars. It overlooks a private pool which is perfect for hot summer days.
The house is completed by the view over the plain of Lucca and the characteristic and charming town of Castelvecchio.
Ideal for families with children looking for a holiday with all amenities and in complete relaxation.
INTERIOR:
The house is on two floors, connected by a stone staircase of 18 steps. The entrance on the ground floor leads to a living room with sofas and TV, an equipped kitchen with access to the porch and a typical dining area with a spacious table for six people. Also on this floor there is a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor is the sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms, two of which are doubles and one with two single beds. Two more bathrooms with showers are available for our guests.
OUTSIDE:
There is a comfortable covered wooden terrace for alfresco dinners and lunches, close to the pool and relaxation area with sunbeds, chairs and umbrellas.
Next to the house is a barbecue, ideal for barbecuing in the summer! The swimming pool is open from the last Saturday of May to the first Saturday of October. The enclosed swimming pool is located at the front of the house and is clearly visible. The pool is rectangular in shape and measures 5x10m and has a fixed depth of 150m.
The pool is equipped with sunbeds, sun loungers and parasols so that you can spend long days in the sun in peace.

Casa di Dante was a farmhouse renovated in 2015 located on the hills between Lucca and Pisa. Just a few steps from the small and historic village of Vicopisano. Its location allows guests to relax in the garden or under the pergola and enjoy the typical Tuscan landscape. The interior of the house has been renovated with taste and in harmony by the owners who wanted to respect the local tradition and use ceilings with wooden beams and trusses.
Opposite the pool is a veranda where you can dine while watching the sunset over the hills and valley. Casa di Dante is the ideal place for a perfect holiday in Tuscany, in one of the most beautiful regions, near the sea and the most beautiful and important cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Volterra and San Gimignano.

Villa De' Fiori is a detached villa with private pool that can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. Villa de' Fiori is located in the green heart of Tuscany a few steps from Pistoia, easy to reach thanks to the A11 motorway exit.
The villa is about 50 km from the historic center of Lucca and Florence, and only 60 km from Pisa, making it a perfect place for daily visits and tours.
Villa De' Fiori is a relaxing oasis surrounded by greenery. At the front is a beautiful garden, shaded by tall trees.
The villa dates back to the mid-1600s and the first historical memory of the property belonged to the Pacchiani family.
INTERIOR:
The villa is spread over two floors above ground.
The main entrance opens onto the living room. History says that during the Second World War this living room was turned into a kind of infirmary, where the wounded soldiers were housed.
Next to the living room there is the study where guests can easily find a place ideal for working, a room dedicated to the card games, another living room with fireplace and dining table with access to the outside. The large kitchen also has a large fireplace and wood-burning oven, ideal for pizza parties! The kitchen is equipped with all necessary facilities such as dishwasher, oven, cutting machines. From the kitchen there is access to the laundry room. Also on the ground floor there are two toilets.

Giava arose from the restoration and restoration of a farmhouse dating from the early 1990s. The house is located near a stream surrounded by green and peaceful forests. The house has 3 floors. The entrance is on the ground floor and consists of a living room with a sofa, a corner kitchen, a dining area with kitchen and 4 bedrooms, of which 2 are doubles, a single bed and a bunk bed. On this floor there are also 2 bathrooms, both with shower.
A stone staircase (15 steps) leads to the upper floor with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and bathtub.
From the living room on the ground floor, a stone staircase (15 steps) leads to the lower level consisting of a living room with kitchen, an open-plan room with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds (a single bed can also be added on request) and 2 bathrooms, one with shower and one with only a toilet. All rooms (except the bathrooms are air-conditioned). From the outside, stairs lead to the laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing board.

The house is surrounded by olive groves with views of the surrounding hills and of Cortona and Foiano della Chiana. There is a barbecue and a large gazebo with a wooden table, ideal for outdoor dining. The pool is not far from the house and has a rectangular shape. The pool measures approximately 6 x 12 meters and has a variable depth from 1.00 to 1.70 meters. Three Roman steps lead to the pool overlooking Cortona. There is a solar powered outdoor shower. The pool area is equipped with sunbeds and armchairs and also at guests' disposal there is a bathroom with toilet and shower.
