Casa di Dante was a farmhouse renovated in 2015 located on the hills between Lucca and Pisa. Just a few steps from the small and historic village of Vicopisano. Its location allows guests to relax in the garden or under the pergola and enjoy the typical Tuscan landscape. The interior of the house has been renovated with taste and in harmony by the owners who wanted to respect the local tradition and use ceilings with wooden beams and trusses.

 

Opposite the pool is a veranda where you can dine while watching the sunset over the hills and valley. Casa di Dante is the ideal place for a perfect holiday in Tuscany, in one of the most beautiful regions, near the sea and the most beautiful and important cities such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Volterra and San Gimignano.

 

The house is spread over 2 levels. The entrance leads to a living room with fireplace, a separate living room with a double sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a dining room, a kitchen with access to the garden and another bathroom with shower.

 

The upper floor is reached by two staircases, one in stone and one in wood. The upstairs sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms, 2 with en-suite bathrooms, one with bath and shower and one with shower, and another bathroom with shower.

 

The house is surrounded by 1 hectare of terraced garden with views over the surrounding hills. The fenced private pool is in a beautiful location, overlooking the hills of Pisa, Livorno and the valley of Bientina. The fenced pool is located in the garden in front of the house and to reach it you have to go down 6 steps. The pool has a rectangular shape and measures 6 x 12 m with a fixed depth of 1.40 m, linen with blue PVC and with chlorine purification. The swimming pool is equipped with sun loungers and parasols. There is also a hot water shower. The veranda next to the house is equipped with tables, chairs and armchairs so that guests can enjoy the tranquility of this magical place. The swimming pool is open from the 1st Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September.
