Important information about the holiday villas

We have tried to answer the most frequently asked questions below. In all cases you should see the answers in relation to the accommodation information and booking conditions.

MINIMUM RENTAL PERIOD

The minimum rental period is one week, from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter periods can be agreed in some cases outside the high season.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES

Unless otherwise stated in the property description, arrival and departure times are as follows:
Arrival: Saturday between 5:00 pm and 8:00 pm
Departure: Saturday between 8:00 am and 10:00 am
For any later arrival or departure, not agreed in advance, the owner or his representative, whose telephone number is indicated on your voucher, will be informed immediately.

PETS

Pets are only allowed in an accommodation if this is stated in the description and indicated in your booking. Any additional costs are indicated in the accommodation description.

DEPOSIT

The deposit must be paid in cash in euros on arrival.

BED LINEN AND TOWELS

Unless otherwise stated in the description of the chosen accommodation, all houses are provided with bed, bath and kitchen linen, which is changed weekly. Bath towels cannot be used outside. We recommend that you bring your own towels for the pool or beach, as they are not normally provided.

POOL

Unless otherwise stated in the description of the chosen accommodation, the swimming pools are open from 15 May to 30 September.

HEATING

Unless new laws/regulations come into force, in Tuscany and Umbria heating can only be used from the beginning of November until the end of April (8 hours per day). Outside this period, the possibility to use the heating must be agreed and paid to the owner or his representative.

TELEPHONE

Any telephone costs must be settled directly with the owner prior to departure.

FINAL CLEANING - EXTRA EXPENSES (electricity, gas, heating,...)

If these costs are not included in the price, these costs must be paid directly to the owner or his representative before departure.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

Any problems or unforeseen events must be reported immediately by telephone.
