Casa Farina is a rustic country house surrounded by olive trees in the countryside around Cortona. Thanks to its location, Casa Farina is a great start for daily trips in the Tuscany region. Vivaja is located in the Alta Valdera, between Pisa and Volterra, on an estate of about 500 hectares. The building dates back to the early 11th century and was transformed from a monastery (Benedettini followed by Camaldonesi) into a farmhouse around the 19th century. This lovely holiday home in Tuscany used to be a hay barn. Years ago it was converted into a house with all the comforts. The house is beautifully situated in the rolling countryside and has a garden of 5000m2, with olive trees, a private swimming pool and a football field.   House is suitable for 8, possibly 9 people. Downstairs is the large living-dining room and kitchen. Through French doors you walk into the garden and to the veranda, where you can enjoy the view in the shade. At the terrace is a pizza oven.
